Recipe: Chocolate Brownies
Serves about 2-3
- Note: I recommend doubling the recipe if you want more brownies! These are very very yummy and they run out SUPER quick!
- Preheat oven to 170°C beforehand
- Add the sugar and eggs, beat them together for about 2-3 minutes until combined
- Add butter to the mixture and beat
- Add salt, vanilla essence, cocoa powder and beat
- Add flour and baking powder, fold them into the batter using a spatula
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes and insert toothpick in middle, if it comes out clean your brownies are ready!

- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cups caster sugar (powdered works too)
- 1/2cups unsalted butter (vegetable oil works too)
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 cups cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
- 1/2 cups (sifted) flour
- 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
